The daughter and grandchildren of New Orleans sports and business icon Tom Benson are not named as beneficiaries in his final will.
Rene Benson and grandchildren Rita LeBlanc and Ryan LeBlanc were written out after earlier disputes with Benson.
The 90-year-old died last Thursday, with his will naming his wife Gayle as sole beneficiary.
Visitation is scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday at Notre Dame Seminary, with an invitation-only funeral mass to be held Friday at St. Louis Cathedral.
