There's a discernible increase being noted in the production of movies and TV shows in Louisiana.
Governor Edwards spoke of the rise Tuesday at the inaugural Louisiana Entertainment Summit sponsored by the state's Economic Development agency.
He says thanks in part to the state's entertainment tax credit program, the number of productions taking place this month is triple that of two years ago.
