Conceal carry rights won't be extended to public school teachers in Louisiana any time soon. That's because a House committee voted down the bill yesterday on a 9-7 vote.
Administrators would've also been allowed to carry under the measure.
The bill did allow school functions to be a place where teachers and administrators could be armed.
