The Louisiana Pharmacy Board today will award the final four medical marijuana licenses being issued in the state.
Five of the nine licenses were awarded Tuesday, one of them going to H&W Drug in the New Orleans Region and Capitol Wellness Solutions that will serve the Baton Rouge area.
Currently patients with one of ten conditions ranging from cancer to multiple sclerosis will be eligible for medical marijuana when it becomes available later this year.
