Gas Prices Still Creeping Higher In Louisiana

Gas prices across Louisiana are still creeping higher as the week winds down, but the pace of increases has slowed to a crawl.

AAA reports the demand for fuel has been hovering for two weeks now and that the statewide average price of regular in the Pelican State is currently just shy of $2.55 a gallon.

That's up only a penny from last Friday but almost 40 cents higher than a year ago.
