A former William Pitcher Junior High teacher is in custody on eight charges of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
St. Tammany deputies arrested 29-year-old Michael Williams, a special education teacher, for allegedly smoking weed with students and sending inappropriate messages.
He's accused of giving a boy a ride in his personal vehicle without parental permission and sending another boy an offensive text message.
