An ugly end to LSU's baseball season and its quest for an NCAA championship.
It happened last night when the Tigers were shutout 12-0 by Oregon State in regional play in Corvallis, Oregon.
Things went a lot better earlier in the day when LSU beat Northwestern State 9-5. But with the loss to the Beavers, the Tigers were eliminated.
LSU ended the season season with 39 wins and 27 losses.
