State lawmakers will be returning to the Capitol Building on Monday for the launch of yet another special session on the budget.
There remains a gaping $650 million shortfall in Louisiana's spending plan that takes effect July 1st.
Expiring taxes have left members of the House and Senate at odds on how to erase the red ink, something they've failed to reach agreement on in the two previous special sessions called by the governor.
