None of the parties are saying anything but a lawsuit stemming from a decades-old sex abuse case involving a now-deceased Jesuit priest has been settled.
The suit was dismissed late last week in New Orleans, two years after it was filed in connection with the repeated alleged sexual assault in the late 70s of a five-year-old girl at Loyola University by the Reverend Benjamin Wren.
Loyola and the Archdiocese of New Orleans were two of three defendants in the case.
