Drivers in Louisiana are forking over a penny less for a gallon of regular gasoline today compared to last Friday.
AAA reports the statewide average price of the fuel has dropped to $2.58 a gallon.
However, that's far from cheap, especially compared to a year ago when regular was averaging $2.08 a gallon.
