FOX 8: Waterspout Spotted Near St. Charles Parish Wednesday

A waterspout spotted over Lake Pontchartrain prompted a tornado warning for northern St. Charles Parish Wednesday morning with fears it could move inland.
FOX 8 reports residents were able to capture video and pictures of the waterspout.
