Gas prices are becoming an unwelcomed sight for drivers in the state - because they keep climbing.
AAA says the statewide average price of regular in Louisiana has shot past $2.65 a gallon, up seven cents compared to last Friday.
A year ago, the fuel was averaging $2.32 a gallon, 33 cents less than today.
