Check your refrigerators and freezers for the possibility that they contain some meat and poultry sausage products being recalled by a Louisiana company.
A La Carte Foods Properties located in Belle Rose is recalling 30,000 pounds of ready-to-eat products that were produced on a variety of dates between January 3rd of last year and October 2nd of this year.
The company says they contain meat products that were not federally inspected, though no illnesses have been confirmed.
