A man accused of trying to set the home of a New Orleans East woman on fire late Sunday is out of the hospital after being shot and then jailed.
Police say 48-year-old Eric Wilson was booked Monday after undergoing medical treatment. He's facing charges that include home invasion and attempted aggravated arson.
Wilson was shot by the woman's father, with it remaining unclear last night if charges will be filed against him.
