At least four teenagers are under arrest after making threats to schools across the state.
In just 24 hours, authorities responded to threats in four different parishes.
Three 13-year-olds at Grant Junior High School near Alexandria have been arrested after they were overheard planning a shooting at the school.
One student at Slidell High School was also taken into custody after allegedly making false threats.
Threats on social media also closed Hammond High Magnet School Monday. After the school said classes would resume Tuesday, the Tangipahoa Parish School System announced that the school would instead be closed for a second day. All other schools were open.
