Entergy New Orleans has named David Ellis as its new CEO.
He's taking over for Charles Rice, who stepped down for another position in the company following a scandal involving paid actors during the utility's successful bid for approval of a new power plant.
Ellis is the former CEO of Global Power Technologies in Edison, New Jersey.
