State police say two New Orleans men are facing charges involving the abuse and possible trafficking of a teenage girl for prostitution.
Elbert Riascos and Jovan Martin, both in their 20s, were arrested Wednesday. The 16-year-old was allegedly beaten, drugged and raped.
Both men were booked on child sex trafficking charges, while Riasco is also charged with first-degree rape, child porn production and possession, distribution of cocaine and resisting arrest.
