Fat Tuesday is still more than two weeks away, and yet, nearly a dozen Mardi Gras parades will roll in the New Orleans area this weekend.
They include the offerings of Krewe Boheme tonight in the French Quarter and Krewe Du Vieux tomorrow night, as well as Krewedelusion, both also with a French Quarter route.
Other parades include the Krewe of Bilge at noon tomorrow in Slidell, followed on a different Slidell route at 6 p.m. with Poseidon. Little Rascals rolls at noon Sunday in Metairie.
