A new national study says Baton Rouge is one of the nation's cities with the most heavily congested traffic.
An annual report by TomTom.com says Baton Rouge ranks eleventh in the United States in terms of traffic based on data from 2018.
According to the study, traffic in Baton Rouge adds an extra 30 minutes of travel time on most commutes.
New Orleans also ranked high in the study coming in at number 27 with the study finding the best day for traffic last year in the Crescent City was Christmas, and the worst was March 9th.
