The father of a New Orleans Saints super-fan is facing charges of drug trafficking.
Jordy Robertson was arraigned yesterday and pled not guilty to one count of possession to distribute cocaine and one count of wire fraud.
Robertson's son J.J., a New Orleans Saints fan, captured the attention of fellow football fans after revealing he needed a liver transplant and a charity account was set up to raise funds for his treatment.
Prosecutors say Medicaid was used to pay for J.J.'s medical bills and his father used the donations on gambling and to buy personal items.
