Many Rideshare Drivers, Users Flustered With New System At Airport

With the opening of the new terminal at Louis Armstrong International Airport comes a new system for rideshare users.

A new system places riders in a line and gives them a unique code to give the drivers when they get into a car.

It's meant to make the process faster so that drivers and riders don't have to try to find each other, but so far, it's only caused increased frustrations.

While it's the same system that's been used at other airports across the country for quite some time, some worry it could make things unbearable during busy times of the year.
