Officials at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome are reporting 32 positive cases of the coronavirus among the workers doing renovations.
According to a statement released yesterday, 32 out of the 275 member construction crew working at the stadium had tested positive, and were sent home to self-isolate.
The remaining workforce will be issued personal protective equipment and undergo daily temperature screenings.
Any worker who tests positive will not be allowed back until they complete a CDC-compliant protocol and provide a negative test.
