The New Orleans Police Department says it has arrested one of two suspects wanted in connection to a shooting last week near Duncan Plaza.
Officials said yesterday that they had taken Yasmeen Webb into custody on a charge of aggravated battery by shooting.
The NOPD says they are still looking for Taja Reaux, who they say was with Webb when a woman was shot in the chest near the plaza on June 11th.
The incident happened near a protest, but the two events are not believed to have been linked.
