Crews Continue Demolition Recovery Effort At Hard Rock Despite Weather

Demolition and recovery crews are still working their way to the two victims trapped inside the Hard Rock collapse site.

Despite the rainy weather Thursday, a spokesperson for the City of New Orleans said crews are doing demolition work to get to the men trapped inside.

According to reports, the crews plan to reach the remains of Quinnyon Wimberly and Jose Ponce Arreola by the end of next week.

Officials say if another collapse happens or there is severe weather, the timeline could once again be shifted.
