How LSU Football's Opener Will Be Different Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

LSU's Saturday football game will have strict COVID-19 requirements amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The university is only allowing 25,000 fans in Tiger Stadium which is the sixth largest stadium in the world and can fit more than 100,000 people.

This Saturday, fans can also expect mandatory face coverings and social distancing.

There will be no tailgating and the LSU team staff will be patrolling to enforce the rules.

Fans will be spread out throughout the stadium from field level to the upper deck so everyone is at least six feet apart.
