St. Bernard Parish is opening its bars again.
On Wednesday, Parish President Guy McInnis opted in to allow bars to reopen with on-premise consumption.
According to officials, the parish reached the 5% positivity rate threshold required to reopen. If positivity rates spike to over 10%, the parish will be forced to shut bars down again.
