The Louisiana Department of Health reported an additional 380 cases and 12 deaths blamed on COVID-19 Monday, bringing the running total to 188,352 cases and 5,819 deaths since the pandemic began.
Hospitalizations increased by 30 to 652 patients statewide with 71 of those on ventilators, a decrease of one from Sunday's numbers.
