Taysom Hill, Defense Carry Saints Past Falcons

The New Orleans Saints used a combination of defense and gritty play from backup quarterback Taysom Hill to beat the Atlanta Falcons 24-9 on Sunday.

Saints defenders sacked Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan eight-times and held the Falcons scoreless in the 2nd half.

New Orleans' offense was led by backup QB Taysom Hill, who passed for over 200 yards and ran for two touchdowns, and running back Alvin Kamara, who rushed for the go-ahead score just before halftime.

The Saints will now take a seven-game winning streak next week to Denver for a game against the Broncos.
