LDH: Nearly 1,200 COVID-19 Cases Added Overnight

The Louisiana Department of Health reported 1,190 COVID-19 cases Monday.

Hospitalizations rose by 58 to 1,891 with 207 patients on ventilators, up three overnight.

The death toll from the coronavirus increased by 48 to 7,585.

Since the pandemic began, state health officials have reported 322,181 COVID-19 cases.

LDH revealed Monday the list of pharmacies across Louisiana slated to receive doses of the Moderna vaccine as distribution expands into Phase 1B Tier 1, which includes those 70 and older.
