The Louisiana Department of Health reported an additional 504 COVID-19 cases Friday. The running total of cases since the pandemic began stood at 433,045.
The death toll from the coronavirus rose by 30 to 9,716.
Hospitalizations fell by 16 to 538 statewide, while the number of those patients on ventilators increased by three to 77.
