The Louisiana Department of Health reported 499 new COVID-19 cases with 10 new deaths Tuesday.
The total number of cases since the pandemic began stood at 444,414 with 10,132 deaths.
There were 363 patients hospitalized due to the coronavirus. Of those, 61 were on ventilators.
