The streets near the Plaza Tower will remain closed for the remainder of the month.
City officials announced Tuesday that the area around the tower downtown will not reopen until the end of June, calling the process "frustrating".
The news comes after debris fell from the abandoned skyscraper nearly a month ago and injured a bicyclist.
