Two Jefferson Parish deputies are under arrest for the shooting death of a man who was sitting in his car in Marrero last week.
At a press conference on Monday night, Sheriff Joe Lopinto announced the arrests of 29-year-old Isaac Hughes and 35-year-old Johnathan Louis.

Lopinto says force was justified in dealing with 34-year-old Daniel Vallee, but not deadly force.
