A data reporting website is listing the cities in the New Orleans area with the fastest-growing home prices.
Stacker ranked the cities based on Zillow data for all homes and apartments for the year ending in January 2022.
Ranked from the lowest to highest increases, local home prices are rising fastest in Paradis, Madisonville, St. Rose, Jean Lafitte, St. Bernard, Covington, Harvey, Mandeville, Elmwood, Marrero, Lacombe, Westwego, Slidell, Braithwaite, Grand Isle, Buras, Eden Isle, St. James, Lafitte, and Edgard.
