The Jefferson Parish District Attorney is refusing charges against the man accused of knocking a male nurse unconscious and breaking his jaw.
Quincy Quinn was arrested for the alleged attack at the Ochsner West Bank Campus back on January 27.
On Wednesday, D.A. Paul Connick's office reportedly refused charges, saying the case needs further investigation.
Quinn, meanwhile, remains in jail on an unrelated fugitive warrant out of Orleans Parish.
