Saints running back Alvin Kamara is due back in court at the end of next month.
Kamara had a hearing for his off-season arrest scheduled for Monday, but a Las Vegas judge granted attorneys for Kamara and his three co-defendants a 60-day postponement until September 29.
He's charged with felony battery arising from an incident in a Las Vegas casino in February.
Kamara could also be suspended by the NFL, but the league's possible punishment depends on how the case turns out.
