Florida is under a state of emergency as the Sunshine State braces for Tropical Storm Ian.
Forecasters say it could strengthen to a Category 4 hurricane with maximum winds of 130 MPH by the time it approaches the Florida Gulf Coast mid-week, though weakening before landfall is possible.
It's not entirely clear yet where the storm will make landfall, though the 11am Sunday track from the National Hurricane Center puts Ian moving inland along Florida's Big Bend on Friday.
There is no immediate threat to Louisiana from Ian.
