Disney is cancelling its television spin-off of the National Treasure franchise that spent months filming in Baton Rouge.
National Treasure: Edge of History was an expansion of the films about a girl searching for answers about her family history, who looks to recover a lost treasure.
Disney+ chose not to renew the show after one season, which marks another non-Marvel and Star Wars original series that was scrapped early by the streaming platform.
According to the Baton Rouge Advocate, the series spent about $56 million while filming in Louisiana.
