The restaurant company that owns Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse is buying Ruth's Chris Steak House.
The deal, worth more than $700 million, will see Darden Restaurants take over more than 150 Ruth's Chris Steak House locations around the world.
Ruth's, founded in 1965 in New Orleans, brought in $505 million in revenue in 2022.
