A local high school student with $10 million in scholarship offers is on his way to the Ivy League.
Dennis Barnes is a 16-year-old senior at International High School of New Orleans who received scholarship offers from 188 American colleges and universities, more than any other college-bound senior in the nation's history.
Barnes says he'll attend Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where he'll pursue a dual undergraduate degree in computer science and criminal justice.
