The suspect in the murder of a waiter at Mandina's restaurant is back in New Orleans after his extradition from Texas.
Jail records indicate 22-year-old Kyron Fazande was booked into the Orleans Justice Center at 9 p.m. Monday.
Fazande is charged with second-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, and aggravated battery.
He's also accused of killing a teenager in Houston, where he was reportedly hiding out with a girlfriend after the shooting at Mandina's.
