Police are investigating the discovery of a two-year-old boy who was wandering alone on a road in Covington.
Officers responded around 11 a.m. Tuesday to a call from an Uber driver who said she saw the boy standing in the middle of West 21st Avenue. She waited with the boy until police arrived.
Officers say they believe the child wandered away from Bambi's Kids Academy, a private daycare center, on West 22nd.
The boy was unharmed.
So far no charges have been filed, but the investigation is still ongoing.
