Louisiana Sen. Bill Cassidy says Donald Trump's remarks on immigrants and the possibility of a "bloodbath" if he's not re-elected make voters concerned about a potential second Trump term.
During an interview on NBC News' Meet the Press, Cassidy noted that Trump may have been warning of an economic "bloodbath," rather than invoking political violence.
Trump made the comment in Ohio when referring to the auto industry.
Cassidy did not commit to endorsing Trump, but said he plans to vote for a Republican in the general election.
