The Tigers are adding a new arm to their starting rotation from the transfer portal.
Wofford transfer Zac Cowan has committed to the LSU baseball team. Cowan was the Terriers' ace this season, going 10-2 with a 3.35 ERA through 110 innings.
The Tigers also have five junior college players committed to join the team in 2025.
Left-handed pitcher Conner Ware, shortstop Tanner Reaves, first baseman and outfielder Trevor Schmidt, outfielder Daniel Harden and catcher Blaise Priester are set to join the squad.
