NOPD Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick says she's sorry she hit two pedestrians with her car last weekend.
Kirkpatrick apologized to the two people on Tuesday morning during an appearance on a local TV news show.
The accident happened on Saturday evening at the intersection of Decatur and Iberville Streets.
A woman was treated and released at a local hospital, while the other pedestrian wasn't hurt.
A breathalyzer test indicated Kirkpatrick hadn't been drinking.
