An eight-mile stretch of Bayou Lafourche is reopened to boat traffic following last month's oil spill.
A valve was accidentally left open at the Crescent Midstream facility in Raceland, allowing more than 34,000 gallons of crude oil to leak out.
Much of the oil made its way into the bayou, prompting officials to close the waterway between Raceland and Lockport.
The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration is handling the federal investigation.
Cleanup continues, and two Crescent Midstream pipelines are still shut down.
