Two weeks after Hurricane Helene struck multiple states, Jefferson Parish and Second Harvest Food Bank have started a hurricane supply drive to assist those still in need.
Drop-off sites have been set up in Gretna, Elmwood, and Metairie, with donations pouring in since Monday.
Accepted items include cleaning supplies, toiletries, and baby essentials, but clothing is not being accepted.
