Derek Carr completed 21 of his 27 pass attempts for 248 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Taysom Hill carried the ball seven times for 138 yards and three scores.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Juwan Johnson each caught a TD pass.
The Saints are heading into their bye week sitting third in the NFC South at 4-7. They return to action at home against the Los Angeles Rams on December 1.
