New Orleans is wrapping up some infrastructure improvements ahead of the Super Bowl next Sunday.

Work crews are pressure-washing sidewalks, placing extra trash bins, and replacing broken lights.

The abandoned Plaza Tower is being wrapped in ads promoting Louisiana's energy and tourism, plus a large mural to keep the building from being so much of an eyesore.

The city is also upgrading security measures, with metal barriers and bollards now in place on Bourbon Street and throughout the French Quarter.
