An anti-hazing billboard is in place in the Central Business District.
The billboard features images of Caleb Wilson, the Southern University student who died after an off-campus hazing incident in February.
Wilson had pledged to join the Omega Psi Phi fraternity, which is holding its annual district meeting in New Orleans this week.
Wilson's aunt and uncles paid for the billboard, which will be on Poydras Street near Loyola Avenue through Saturday.
